Dogs, cats, birds and fish (tank must be less than 40 gallons) are permitted. Animals perceived or classified as being exotic or dangerous are prohibited. Limit: two (2) pets per apartment unit. A one time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required and a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet is charged. No additional charges for fish and birds. Must sign pet agreement. Call for breed restrictions.
